What exactly is PreviaLook?
PreviaLook is an AI virtual try-on tool for your look. You upload a photo (or choose a ready model), pick a category — eyewear, watches, jewellery or bags — and we generate a realistic preview of the item on you.
Will the result look exactly like the real product?
No. The preview is an AI-generated approximation intended as a styling guide. It helps you visualise how an accessory might look, but the final real product may differ in colour, proportions or details. Always review the seller's own product photos and specifications before buying.
Do you change my face?
We aim to keep your face, pose, skin tone, makeup and background as stable as possible. Only the accessory area is changed. Minor AI artefacts can occasionally appear, but identity preservation is a core priority.
Can I use my own photo?
Yes. Upload a clear photo where your face and the relevant body area are visible. Frontal photos work best. You can also start with one of our ready models if you prefer.
How long are uploaded photos stored?
Uploaded photos are automatically deleted after 3 days. We don't sell or share your images. You can request immediate deletion at any time by emailing privacy@previalook.com. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Do I need to write prompts?
No. Mia, our AI assistant, guides you through the process with simple choices and questions. You pick a category, optionally describe the style, and Mia prepares everything for generation. No prompt-writing or design skills needed.
What does one credit mean?
One credit = one generated AI try-on image. Your first 3 try-ons are free. After that you can buy credits starting from €5 for a single generation. See our Pricing page for packages.
Do I need to create an account?
Yes — a free account is required so we can save your try-on history and credits. Registration takes under a minute: just an email and a password.
Does PreviaLook sell the products?
PreviaLook is a preview and discovery service. Where a try-on links to a product, the sale is completed on the retailer's own website under their terms. Any digital previews or services you purchase directly from us are covered by our Terms of Use.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — refunds for any digital service bought directly from PreviaLook are handled under our Refund Policy. Purchases made on a retailer's website are subject to that retailer's own refund terms.
Which devices and browsers are supported?
PreviaLook works in modern browsers on phones, tablets and computers. For the best result, use a recent version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox.

Partner Program

What is the PreviaLook Partner Program?
Our Partner Program lets you earn a revenue share (up to 50%) when people you refer make a purchase on PreviaLook. You get a unique referral link, share it with your audience, and earn commissions on every qualifying purchase. Learn more.
How much can I earn as a partner?
Your revenue share depends on your tier: Bronze (30%), Silver (40%), or Gold (50%). Tiers upgrade automatically based on the number of referred purchases. There is no ceiling on earnings — the more you refer, the more you earn.
What do my referrals get?
People who sign up through your referral link receive 6 free generations (instead of the standard 3) after verifying their email. This makes your link more valuable and increases conversions.
What is KYC and why do I need it?
KYC (Know Your Customer) is a legal requirement for financial payouts under anti-money laundering regulations. Before your first withdrawal, you need to upload a government-issued photo ID and a proof of address (not older than 3 months). Documents are reviewed within 1–2 business days. How does the earn-as-consumed model work?
When your referral buys a generation pack, your commission is calculated immediately but starts as pending. It unlocks into your available balance proportionally as the referred user consumes their purchased generations. For example, if they buy 11 generations and your commission is €11.60, each generation they use unlocks roughly €1.05. Once fully consumed, the entire commission is available for withdrawal.
When and how can I withdraw my earnings?
Once your KYC is approved and your available balance reaches €10, you can request a payout from the Partners tab in your account. Payouts are sent to your bank card within 5 business days. Note: only the available (unlocked) balance counts toward the €10 minimum — pending commissions must first be unlocked through referral usage.
Are KYC documents safe?
Yes. Identity documents are stored with encryption at rest, accessible only to authorised compliance personnel, and retained for the legally required period (minimum 5 years). We never share your documents with third parties except where required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
