Delivery Policy

PreviaLook provides digital products and services. This policy explains how they are delivered and when you can expect them. It forms part of our Terms of Use.
1. What we deliver
Our deliverables are digital: virtual try-on previews shown in your browser and, where relevant, sent to you by email. We do not ship physical goods. Because of this, we do not ask for a shipping address at checkout.
2. Delivery method
- In-browser: your preview appears on screen as soon as it is generated.
- By email: where a result or receipt is sent to you, it is delivered to the email address you provide, from an @previalook.com address.
3. Delivery time and availability
Digital delivery of your virtual try-on preview is normally instantaneous. However, during periods of high server demand, technical maintenance, or image processing delays, delivery may take longer.
We guarantee that all digital deliverables will be fulfilled within a maximum of 24 hours from the time of successful payment. If an unexpected technical failure prevents delivery within this 24-hour window, you will be notified immediately via email, and you reserve the right to a full refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
4. Non-receipt and Proof of Delivery
Delivery is legally considered complete the moment the digital preview is successfully rendered in your browser session or when our automated system dispatches the confirmation/result email to the address provided at checkout.
If you do not see your preview on screen or fail to receive the email within 15 minutes of purchase:
- Refresh your browser page and ensure you are logged into your account.
- Check your spam, junk, and promotional email folders.
- Ensure that the email address entered during checkout was free of typos.
If the deliverable is still missing, contact support@previalook.com with your order reference number. We will manually verify our server logs, and if a processing error is found, we will re-deliver your files or restore account access within 12 business hours.
5. Products from third-party retailers
When a try-on links you to a physical product (such as a pair of glasses or a watch) on a retailer's website, that retailer fulfils and ships the order under their own delivery terms, timelines and charges. PreviaLook does not handle the shipping of those items.
